Pipe Fabrication
Team has the capacity to produce up to 6,500 pipe spools a month combining large and small bore — including pipe support design: offering both weld on and shipped loose pipe support. Our experience is broad, with the skills needed to work with carbon steel, chrome moly, creep resistant steels, stainless steels, duplex steels, nickel-based alloys, and aluminum, as well as jacketed and clad piping systems. Our efficient processes and above-and-beyond approach to accuracy are two ways we help ensure the quality and on-time delivery of every spool that leaves our facility.
Vessel Fabrication
O&I FABRICATION INC specializes in the fabrication of custom tanks and pressure vessels for the industrial and commercial sectors. We utilize a range of materials, including hastelloy, inconel, monel and chrome moly, as well as carbon and stainless steel – just to name a few. Our world-class facility is capable of managing massive vessels of up to 60 tons, 100 ft and 8 ft in diameter.

Electric or Engine Driven Pumps
O&I FABRICATION INC Electric or Engine Driven Pumps are engineered for long, low maintenance service. Fluid ends are manually adjustable while running and can be “stacked” into multiplex units to increase discharge volume.O&I FABRICATION INC Electric of Engine Driven Pumps are designed for high-pressure chemical injection and hydrostatic testing applications. Electric or engine driving allows for a difference in flow rate at the same discharge pressure with stroke adjustment inverter drives or reducer ration selections.
